I doubt anyone checks this anymore (Ellin?). Everyone's too busy on fukkin' Facebook.
It was fun while it lasted!

Shoulda done this a while ago...
For those of you who may still look at this blog from time to time but not at the dreaded scourge that is Facebook, here's a Centennial treat.

Are you still looking for a job
Sorry. I don't have one to offer but apparently I've been sleeping. Who has jobs and who is still looking?
I don't have anything yet (and only one interview in the last two weeks...grrr..).
Am I alone here?

First post in May!
YESSSSS! With all the people writing on here, I'm the first to post this month! What do I win Phil?
Well, I'm working the graveyard shift tonight and it's a slow one. Can somebody go burn something down or do something crazy and generate some news?
Thanks in advance.

Blogs are out of style
So I guess nobody posts on this thing anymore. Now that I'm back at work, I need procrastination material, so here I am.
Come on, people. What are you, applying for jobs or something? Give up. There's nothing out there.

Plagiarism, you sons of bitches!
Recently, I wrote a piece about hiccups. I thought it would be a fun way to dispell all the serious shite on the CBC's site, and there was a hiccup story in the news, so it was timely.
It's here if anyone's actually interested:
http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/health/hiccups.html
Anyhoo, a couple of days later, a friend of mine is listening to 99.1 FM, which did some hilarious thing about hiccups, cures etc and, according to her, you could tell a bunch of their stuff was stolen from my piece.
Where are my royalties, you fuckers?
